General Questions
- What types of products do you sell?
I sell made-to-order physical prints (from both digital artwork and scanned non-digital artwork) combined with optional handmade frames, and mounted frames. - Who can shop on this website?
Anyone aged 16 or older can place an order or create an account.
Ordering and Payment
- How do I place an order?
Simply browse the shop, add items to your bag, and proceed to checkout. Payment is securely processed via Stripe and includes credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link (where available). - Are your products refundable?
Due to the made-to-order nature of my products, all items are non-refundable except in cases of damage, defects, or lost shipments. Full details are in my Refunds and Returns Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
- How long does it take to dispatch my order?
I aim to dispatch all orders within 5–10 business days due to the made-to-order production process. Actual delivery times after dispatch vary depending on your location. - Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship to the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and many other countries. Shipping costs are calculated prior to checkout. You need not worry about any import duties, taxes, or customs fees as these are already included in the product pricing and/or shipping. - What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is lost?
Please contact me at enquiries@devonconnors.co.uk within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and supporting evidence (e.g., photos). I will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
Returns and Refunds
- What is your returns policy?
All products are non-refundable due to being made-to-order, except where the item is damaged, defective, or lost in transit. Please refer to my Refunds and Returns Policy for full details. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Account and Customization
- Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can shop and check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and allows you to save your details and view your order history. Gender and date of birth are completely optional and used only for demographic insights. - Can I request custom artwork?
Yes! Please email me at enquiries@devonconnors.co.uk with your ideas. I’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
