Orders & Shipping

This page explains how ordering works and provides important shipping information for my made-to-order products, including physical prints (from digital or scanned non-digital artwork) and optional handmade frames and mounted frames.

Ordering Process

Orders are placed directly through my website and are subject to acceptance. All products are made-to-order and payment is processed securely via Stripe (including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link where available).

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number once your payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping Details

Shipping costs are calculated prior to checkout and vary depending on your shipping location (EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and other markets). Due to the made-to-order nature of my products, I aim to dispatch orders within 5–10 business days. Delivery times after dispatch depend on your destination and the carrier.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered. Please inspect your package carefully upon receipt and report any issues (such as damage or non-delivery) within 7 days by contacting me at enquiries@devonconnors.co.uk.

International Shipping & Customs

For shipments outside the UK, you will not need to worry about import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country as these are included in the product pricing and/or shipping.
