Refunds & Returns
At my art shop, I strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the made-to-order nature of my products—physical prints (from digital artwork and scanned non-digital artwork), frames, and mounted frames—all items are non-refundable unless specific conditions are met. Below are the details of my refunds and returns policy.
Refund and Return Eligibility
All prints, frames, and mounted frames are made-to-order and are therefore non-refundable. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
- Non-Delivery: If an item is lost during shipping (verified by tracking), please notify me within 7 days of the expected delivery date. In these instances, I will offer a replacement or refund at my discretion and may cover return shipping costs if applicable.
- Item Damaged: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., clear photos of the damage).
- Item Not As Described: If your order is incorrect or does not match the description, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Process for Returns
To initiate a return or claim a refund, email me at enquiries@devonconnors.co.uk with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (such as photos). I aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Once approved, please follow the instructions provided for returning the item (where applicable). Refunds, if issued, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or verifying a lost shipment. Unless the order is being fully refunded, original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Shipping and Delivery Notes
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by region (EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and other markets). Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery, so please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and report any issues promptly. Delivery times may range from 5–10 business days due to the made-to-order production process.
Additional Information
