These Terms and Conditions govern your use of my website and the purchase of my products, including made-to-order physical prints (from digital or scanned non-digital artwork), frames and mounted frames. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
- Use of the Website
You may use my website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or place an order. I reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at my discretion. - Products and Pricing
All products are made-to-order unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown in the currency of the selected browsing country and include taxes where applicable. Prices and product specifications may change without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to the handmade or made-to-order nature of the items. - Orders and Payment
Orders are placed via the website and are subject to acceptance. All prints, frames, and mounted frames are made-to-order. Payment is processed securely via Stripe (including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link where available). An order is not binding until payment has been successful. I reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch for any reason. - Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated prior to checkout and vary by destination and the type of shipping option selected (if multiple shipping options are available). I aim to have orders dispatched within 5–10 business days, though actual delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues promptly. - Returns and Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of my products, all items are non-refundable except in the specific cases outlined in my Refunds and Returns Policy. For full details, including time limits and the process for damaged, defective, or non-delivered items, please refer to that policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. - Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, prints, and content on this website are owned by me. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without my prior written consent. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the website or the products. My total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the price paid for the affected product(s). I am not responsible for loss or damage to goods once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. - Changes to These Terms
